SJ series single screw plastic extruder with corresponding mould, auxilary equipment and screw can produce PVC, PP, PE, nylon, ABS, etc. thermo-plastic product and half-profucts such as pipe, film, granule and bottle etc.

Features:

1, The cylinder of the extruder uses a cast aluminum heating coil and wind cooling system. Thus, the extruding machine has quick and uniform heat transmission. Temperature range: 50~300℃, and the precision to ±1℃. 
2, The screw and barrel are made of high quality alloy steel undergo a nitrogen treatment to make sure they are hard and wearable. 
3, Different screws are designed for different materials to create good plasticization effects. 
4, The control system is well designed, utilizes famous brand device: ABB frequency changer, Schneider contact and circuit breaker, ORMON meter, PID controller for automatic temperature adjustment. There is protection device provides current protection, automatic failure diagnosis, and alarm.
